Asia-Pacific Vision Song Contest

The Asia-Pacific Vision Song Contest (APVSC) is an online song contest inspired by Eurovision Song Contest spearheaded and managed by Liev. It aims to share and spread various music from Asia-Pacific worldwide.


1. Anyone (as long as there is still an available country) from around the globe can join.

2. He/she must choose an eligible country (refer to Countries) for him/her to Head.

3. He/she may have his/her chosen country for as long as he/she wants but must head it for at least 3 consecutive editions. After having a country for 3 consecutive editions, he/she may swap his/her country with another Head of Delegation's country.


All the countries that are a member of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) are eligible to participate however there are some countries that were hold due to lack of artists. Here's a list of all the countries eligible and not eligible to participate in this contest:

  • All the countries under the 'not eligible' list are subject to change if a player was able to present 3 (or more) singers who are naturally-born from that country and is still living. The management may re-consider the country's participation.
  • Other countries not on the list are still subject to further discussion.


1. Artists must be born or is currently living/working in the country they will be representing. Artists who only have roots or temporarily resided in that country are prohibited (i.e. Norah Jones has roots from India and Taylor Swift resided in Singapore for some time but both of them cannot represent those respective countries)

2. The same rule applies to groups/bands (i.e. Linkin Park cannot represent South Korea nor Japan just because they have a Korean and a Japanese member). However, collaboration with internationally-known artists (i.e. Priyanka Chopra and Pitbull for India) is allowed but is only limited to 2 editions for every 5 editions per country.

3. Borrowing of artists from larger neighbors (such as Fiji is to Australia) is strictly prohibited.
